FAQ: Ampler operations during COVID-19

Now is the time for all of us to act collectively responsibly in order to take care of ourselves and the people around us. Ampler Bikes is fully dedicated to ensuring effective and safe operations through all departments. Our bike shipments, warranty and returns operate as normal, with extra safety measures applied.

Can I visit the Berlin Showroom?

Yes, we reopened our showroom at on 22nd of April 2020 in accordance with the Berlin senate’s decision. We have special safety measures in place.

Our bikes are shown outside the showroom doors, ready for test rides right away. We keep disinfectant available and will adhere to distancing rules. We can allow only one person at a time to enter the showroom. See location and opening hours here.

Can I book a test ride?

Yes, booking test rides with our Ambassadors is available again from 22nd of April 2020 in selected cities in accordance with local jurisdiction. Safety measures are in place, please make sure to keep a proper distance towards each other. Book your free test ride here.

Are there any delivery delays?

Our factory and deliveries are still going strong! All Ampler bikes are in stock and ready to be sent out right away. You can check the current delivery times by selecting the desired colour and frame size in our online shop or send us a question at hello@amplerbikes.com.

How is the bike delivered?

As soon as the bike is sent out, your tracking number and delivery date will be sent to you via e-mail. The courier will call you a day before the delivery to set an appointment. Your bike is safely packaged in a large box and delivered to your door.

Can I still cancel and return my order?

If you’re not happy with your new bike, you can return it within 14 days free of charge and receive a refund. We will send a courier to get the bike from you. Read more about our Return Policy here. 

What happens if I have any open questions or need help with my bike?

What happens if my bike breaks?

Start here to give us some background info on the issue.

Our support team will contact you and give some pointers on what to check on your bike. And if necessary, we will send a courier to pick up your bike to get it fixed by our mechanics.
