Here’s a quick update on how we’re planning our Holiday period:
Our logistics and shipping partners will go on holiday from mid-December. The last deliveries will leave our warehouse in Tallinn on 15 December 2021, and service cases will also no longer be available for collection from you from then on.
For deliveries to the UK, 08 December 2021 is the last delivery date due to a longer customs clearance process.
If you order & pay by around 10 December 2021, chances are good that the bike will be with you before the Holidays – provided the bike is ready for dispatch. Otherwise, we’ll resume shipments in the new year.

An important note: If you are waiting for bikes or parcels, please let us know immediately if you will not be home for the Holidays. Our shipping partners’ warehouses are full, and we want to avoid bikes being returned to us.
Availability of customer support
For us, the Christmas period is also a company holiday, during which we send our employees off for a well-deserved rest. From 20 December 2021 until 02 January 2022, our showrooms and also our offices will be closed.
Only our colleagues from customer service will have very limited availability and will only be able to respond to some enquiries from 20 December onwards. Returns and refunds will only be processed again in calendar weeks 02 + 03, warranty and service cases will rest from then on until the new year. Thank you for your understanding!
New Berlin Showroom!
A quick reminder: Our showroom in Berlin is moving and will welcome you at Yorckstraße 27 from 6 December 2021 onwards. A bigger showroom also means that we can offer you outlet bikes to take home immediately – also in Cologne and Tallinn!
