This will be a minimum of 30 days, or a maximum of 60 days after the shipment is confirmed by us, depending on the day in the Month the contract is finalised. For E.g. contracts finalised on 1st April and 30th April will have the same due date (1st June).If you have decided to purchase a bike by paying in instalments with Hey Light, the first step is to complete an order via our webshop, choose Hey Light as a payment method and fill in the required details. Once we have received confirmation from Hey Light about the successful completion of the contract signing, we can send the bike to you.You always have the option to repay the full amount of the credit to Hey Light at any time, without any additional charge, and terminate the financing contract in this respect.You can cancel your financing contract and return your bike within a 14-day trial period if you purchased your bike from our online shop. The financing contract with Hey Light must be cancelled within 30 days of the bike shipment.<br>If you bought your bike in our Zurich showroom, you cannot return your bike after you have received it, and thus cancel your financing contract.Contact Hey Light as soon as possible to find a solution together.It is not compulsory to insure the bike, but you are responsible for the bike for the entire duration of the contract. If your bike is stolen during the financing contract period, you will not receive any insurance benefit for the bike if it is stolen, but you will still have to pay the contract obligations (payments) until the end of the contract period.
